Wellness coaching gives you compassionate support and guidance, tailored to your needs, in whatever area of personal growth you’re focusing on. We work at a pace that is comfortable for you, to allow for the changes you make to unfold organically and integrate. This is not boot camp, it’s healthy nurturing blended with inspired, consistent action.
Having accompanied many people through the happiest and most tragic times of their lives, I offer a calm, grounded and kind presence. My intuitive listening and questions help pinpoint where your blocks may be. Then we discuss strategies to handle them. We track your progress and adjust your plan as needed.
